Sample Products (3ml to 15ml)

Sample-sized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Full Bottle Returns
Returns are only eligible under the following conditions:

The product is purchased directly from Arome (not a third-party or reseller)

The return request is made within 90 days of the purchase date

Less than 1ml of the product has been used

The product was not purchased on sale, discount, or clearance
Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers

Products bought from third-party sellers, resellers, or unauthorized platforms

Bottles that have been used more than 1ml

Purchases made more than 90 days ago
