Returns are only eligible under the following conditions:

• The product is purchased directly from Arome (not a third-party or reseller)
• The return request is made within 90 days of the purchase date
• Less than 1ml of the product has been used
• The product was not purchased on sale, discount, or clearance

Once your order and payment are confirmed, it is dispatched within 2 working days through our delivery partner Leopards Courier. Our dispatch schedule is fixed and maintained to ensure timely processing.
